| Update on Water Wells | |
We can confirm that work has now started (just!) on the first of our water wells. |
|
The village is called Juranpur in the Chuadanga district. The well is estimated to cost around £700. We have also agreed to fund the provision of electricity to the local school All trustees agreed this was a most worthwhile project. We take fresh water and heat and lighting for granted and it is good to help others to have the same luxuries. Photos coming next week of the area and progress. |
